In-person Meeting

We are planning to have an in-person meeting at Vito’s (see website) on 42nd Street NE not far from Edgewood Rd.

The Discord app provides another way for us to discuss. If you want to check it out, ask for an invitation link that will let you join. Also look for Creative Writing on Meetups.com for Cedar Rapids and make us look active there.

Victories

We had the largest group attendance (10 writers and 2 guests) in several years.
Stacie submitted Gardens to a major publisher.
Aime, whose worst enemy is the comma, caught a comma problem in someone’s submission. She started NaNoWriMo with 2k words.
Randy was invited to an event with other authors on Nov 18.
Ciuin was asked to edit for someone she helped a few years ago.
